Privacy Policy

This policy covers ChessDuel (chessduel.in) and LudoDuel (ludoduel.in), including their Android apps ("the Services"). Last updated: 18 July 2026.

Information we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo (Google sign-in only).
• Profile data you provide: your chosen username, display name, and country.
• Gameplay data: games you play, moves, results, points, and in-game chat messages (chat is deleted when a game is closed).

How we use it

To operate the game: matching you with opponents, syncing games in real time, showing leaderboards, and maintaining your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). See Firebase's privacy documentation.

Advertising

The free plan shows ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies or advertising identifiers as described in Google's advertising policies. The optional Premium subscription removes ads.

Payments

Premium subscriptions in the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase completed.

Data deletion

To delete your account and associated data, email support@chessduel.in from your registered address and we will remove it within 30 days.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
